ONE-STOP SERVICES

Human Resource Planning & Recruitment

As part of our thorough and deliberate recruitment process to ensure the quality of our foreign workers, we provide services such as candidate screening before the actual interview and shortlisting process takes place. Workers will be briefed and oriented before the interview to ensure they understand their new potential working environment, thus creating higher chances of selection. Workers will also receive health-checks in their source countries before going overseas. This situation is crucial as it is seen as a win-win situation to both workers and clients/employers.



Securing Approval & Professional Administration Filing

  • We will provide up-to-date checklists for the documents required as part of the application process.
  • We will prepare and compile all the documentation necessary for the foreign workers’ attestation.
  • We will undertake the paperwork including handling the translation, notary public, certified true copy and the endorsement of approval by the Commissioner of Oaths.
  • We will secure relevant approvals from authorities such as KDN (Kementerian Dalam Negeri) and JTK (Jabatan Tenaga Kerja).


Arrival & Clearance of Foreign Workers

  • We will prepare the necessary documents to accept the arrival of the foreign workers at the airport.
  • We will meet and greet the workers at the airport and transport them to our clients’ offices or worksites.


Extended Services

  • We will provide assistance in FOMEMA checkups.
  • Our consultants will assist in the briefing and orientation of new foreign workers.
  • We will assist in counseling and solving the workers’ social problems.


VALUE ADDED SERVICES

Complementary Flight & Accommodation

For contracts of over 50 workers, we will provide our clients with complementary flight and accommodation in Nepal for the purpose of reviewing, selecting and recruiting the workers.



Reimbursement

In the event that any of our foreign workers abscond in their first year of employment, we shall reimburse our clients the worker’s levy on a pro-rated basis. We will also bear the cost of the return air ticket and pro-rated levy for any problematic or medically unfit worker during the first year of employment.
