Securing Approval & Professional Administration Filing

We will provide up-to-date checklists for the documents required as part of the application process.

We will prepare and compile all the documentation necessary for the foreign workers’ attestation.

We will undertake the paperwork including handling the translation, notary public, certified true copy and the endorsement of approval by the Commissioner of Oaths.

We will secure relevant approvals from authorities such as Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN), Kementerian Sumber Manusia (KSM) and Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK).
Human Resource Planning & Recruitment
As part of our rigorous recruitment process, we screen and pre-select candidates before interviews to ensure only the best fit candidates are selected. Pre-departure briefings are properly conducted, to ensure selected candidates are fully aware of their job scope and employment terms. Health checks are conducted in their home countries before departure, ensuring a win-win situation for both workers and clients.

Arrival & Clearance of Foreign Workers

We will prepare the necessary documents to accept the arrival of the foreign workers at the airport.

We will meet and greet the workers at the airport and transport them to our clients’ offices or worksites.
Value-added Analysis
Complimentary Flight & Accommodation
For contracts of over 50 workers, we will provide our clients with complimentary flight and accommodation in Nepal, Bangladesh or Myanmar for the purpose of reviewing, selecting and recruitment workers.
Reimbursement
If any foreign worker absconds within the first year, we'll reimburse clients for the worker's levy on a pro-rated basis. We'll also cover the return air ticket and pro-rated levy for any problematic or medically unfit worker during their first year of employment.
